Helping children grow with safety and trust, and equipping professionals to do the same.

For Clinicians

At Nourishing Connection, we believe every child is already growing into exactly who they’re meant to be. Our role isn’t to change them, but to help them thrive.

About Us

About Us

Through play-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches, we support children, families, and clinicians in nourishing bodies, minds, and relationships. Whether we’re sitting on the floor exploring pretend food, celebrating a child’s first words, or guiding a caregiver through mealtime stress, we meet each family with compassion and curiosity.

From feeding and speech therapy to caregiver coaching, mentorship, and continuing education for clinicians, our work is grounded in the simple belief that when something is nurtured, growth naturally follows.

For Families

  • Speech Therapy

Helping children find their voice and express themselves with confidence.

  • Feeding Therapy

Creating safe, supported mealtimes where nourishment and connection can grow.

  • DIR®/Floortime

Building relationships through play to foster emotional, social, and developmental growth.

  • Caregiver Coaching

Guiding parents with practical tools and compassion so they feel confident and supported.

Our job is to figure out what support and accommodations a child needs to interact in the world the way they want to. It is with this support that the child can grow into their authentic self.
